Duck seasons are in full swing in much of Nebraska right now and where they are not open, they soon will be. From the predictions I have heard, it should be a great season.
I enjoy the variety of fishing AND hunting opportunities we have in Nebraska, I like to dabble (pardon the pun) in all of them, but I have to admit to you that I am not a big waterfowl hunter. I own exactly 13 duck decoys, has to be an odd number so you can bring in that one duck looking to pair with another, one duck call and one goose call.
When I do go duck hunting again, I will have to remember this call. . . .
Sorry, I could not resist. I believe that commercial first ran during the last Super Bowl. It was by far the best commercial and I still laugh every time I watch it.
I do know this, our fall colors are in full “bloom”, the weather has been great, and there are a variety of excellent hunting and fishing opportunities RIGHT NOW! It is the weekend, get out in Nebraska’s outdoors, NOW. As a matter of fact, don’t even wait for the weekend!
