I’ve been in the field a lot archery/crossbow spring wild turkey hunting from a portable, camouflaged, pop-up blind in rural eastern Nebraska. What Happens in the Blind, Stays in the Blind?

What happens in the goose hunting blind, stays in the goose hunting blind, right? Nope, wrong! I thought I’d share some of the more fun photos I snapped at our eastern Nebraska Canada goose hunting blind thus far this season. WHY I THOROUGHLY ENJOY THE LATE FIREARM DEER SEASON

It’s only an excuse for me to experience winter, watch wildlife, enjoy the scenery and shoot photos with a new camera … Really it is … I am referring to Nebraska’s Late Firearm Deer Hunting Season. I thoroughly enjoy it! The photos from my Saunders County expedition will sum up why. Of course, getting an antlerless deer (a whitetail doe) in the late firearm season is merely a bonus for me!
